About Us.

Identity.org is a non-profit informational hub focused on how AI is changing the way human identity is defined, used, and protected online.

Our Evolution.

Identity.org was built on a straightforward belief that people should control their own digital presence. That foundation came from years of work in privacy-first identity solutions, where the goal was always to keep individuals in charge of their own data.

As AI-generated media has become more realistic and widely accessible, that same belief has directed our focus toward a new set of questions. Who controls how a person’s voice, face, or likeness is used in AI systems? What rights do people have when their identity becomes a system input? How do policies and technologies need to adapt?

Those are the questions we cover.
